Summer time is a time to fly kites. If you have never made a kite, now is the time!
You can to this alone, with a friend, or with a relative.
Your kite should be both functional (it can fly) and beautiful. Once you have it built, bring it to the library. We'll take your picture with it and then hang it up for our Kite Factory Show. Your picture with your kite may make it into EXPRSSIONS, our summer reading art magazine.
