Summary 700 S. Marsh Ave. J.E. Sims built his garage on the site of his livery stable that burned on October 9, 1910. The building is constructed of cement block and big enough to hold 65 touring cars. The business does auto repair work, storage and livery service. Painted sign on the north side reads"J.E. Sims Auto Livery & Sales House". Small sign above the the large front door reads " Garage". Six cars are parked by the business.
